JHP was founded by Directors Jonathan and Helen Patterson from their home in Bushey, with a vision to build a business that stood apart from the average trade contractor — one that prioritised quality, service, and the development of its people.
Jonathan brings over 35 years of industry experience and is the driving force behind JHP’s technical excellence, vision, and growth. Helen’s expertise lies in people, not plugs. Together they’ve spent 20 years building and nurturing a happy, engaged, and motivated team that reflects the family values at the heart of our company.
Today, JHP operates from our head office in Hemel Hempstead, providing commercial electrical, lighting, and sports lighting services to both main contractors and end-user clients across the UK.
