
Top Golf Watford, a leading leisure and entertainment destination, required a lighting upgrade for its driving range to enhance visibility, reduce energy consumption, and elevate the customer experience. With 44 all-weather bays, the venue’s existing lighting system was outdated and inefficient, prompting a full replacement in line with a newly developed lighting design scheme.
JHP Electrical was commissioned to remove all existing range lights and install ten 600-watt LED fittings, selected to meet the venue’s performance and sustainability objectives. To minimise disruption, all works were scheduled before the range opened.

Following success of this project, JHP Electrical was retained for further works across the Watford site, as well as additional projects at the Surrey and Chigwell locations.
Subsequent works at Top Golf Watford have included minor electrical installations, remedial works, emergency lighting upgrades, electrical testing, routine repairs and maintenance, enhancements to car park lighting, and a full refurbishment of the arcade and entertainment areas, spanning over six years.
