We wanted to give back to the sport community and with Sports clubs being our ‘bread and butter’, as a team, we decided that we wanted to do something to give back to those that have supported our business the most. Especially after the tough times that lockdown brought for thousands of sports clubs across the UK.
So, we set up our competition “Giving Back to the Community”, offering 4 free lighting fittings plus installation which is enough to light up one whole tennis court, worth £4000!
We ran our competition, thank you to all the amazing clubs that entered, and we finally have our winner…
As Wythall Tennis Club was the winner of our competition, we have spoken to them about getting started on the project and the time has come!
At the start of the project, we will be removing all existing fittings and disposing following environmental guidelines, then we will be fitting new LED floodlights to light the court up to LTA standards. Fully equipped with smart controls for light switching on the court, saving the club a huge amount on their energy bill, and giving the members of the club an unbeatable experience when playing on the courts.
The entire installation is completely FREE, and we are so glad we can offer this.
